Hosted as part of Clean Energy Expo China at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, Solar Thermal China 2011 will run from June 22 to 24.
As one of China’s key focus in clean energy, the sustainable development of solar thermal technologies will receive significant emphasis at Clean Energy Expo China with the debut of the integrated Solar Thermal China 2011 exhibition and conference. The event organizers are riding on the Chinese government’s initiatives in promoting both solar thermal heating and solar thermal power as an alternative source of energy by introducing a comprehensive thematic showcase and conference program.
Solar Thermal China 2011 is designed to provide the latest industry information, offer cutting-edge networking opportunities, as well as to create a trading platform for the future development of China’s solar thermal industry. In order to improve and adjust the future energy mix in China, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) and National Energy Administration (NEA) are giving their full support to Clean Energy Expo China/Solar Thermal China 2011.
Visitors can meet suppliers providing solar thermal heating products and components such as solar water heater, large-scale solar collection system, pool heating system, solar collectors, storage tanks as well as suppliers offering solar thermal power solutions such as concentrated solar power (CSP) systems, technologies and services. Major players in the Chinese solar thermal industry like Sunrain, Micoe, FAFCO and Rayspower have confirmed their attendance among others.
The conference will run alongside China’s most authoritative governmentbacked energy forum, China Power 2011. The two parallel conferences are expected to draw domestic and foreign experts, academics and managers from established enterprises to discuss key topics in the industry, such as the solar industry’s future development in the global environment as well as innovative thinking and advanced technology development dynamics.
