According to the announcement, the owner of POWERCHINA Ruoqiang 100MW CSP + 900MW PV Project is POWERCHINA Ruoqiang Ruida Energy Development Co., Ltd. The construction funds come from enterprise self-financing and bank loans, the funding ratio is 20% enterprise self-financing, 80% bank loans.
