How to build a CSP plant without tracking systems in the solar field. First of its kind 300kWt fixed mirror Concentrated Solar Power system

The MOSAIC project reaches its final stretch. Tekniker, as project coordinator, invites you to the final project workshop to be held on November 25.

Given the Covid pandemic restrictions, the workshop will be held online. A small number of people are invited to attend in person and will have the opportunity to see the prototype in operation in Sangüesa-Navarra (Spain) at CENER’s facilities.

This is the first CSP prototype without solar field tracking on such a scale and is already undergoing tests.
The solar field was the last subsystem to be assembled so that the concentrated solar flux would not disturb the installation, commissioning and set-up of the other systems (the HTF loop, the receiver and its tracking system, etc.).The prototype has at last reached its final, impressive look.
