SolarReserve & BrightSource to talk about CSP innovation

As known to all CSP industry players SolarReserve and BrightSource Energy are among the leading CSP Tower technology and project development in America. SolarReserve is enjoying the first year successful operation of their 110MW Crescent Dunes Solar Energy Plant. At the same time, Brightsource is busy with their new CSP plant, Ashalim Plot B 121MW in Israel after 377MW Ivanpah.

SolarReserve and BrightSource are active in emerging markets like China, Middle East and Africa. As for China, BrightSource formed a joint venture (JV) named Shanghai Electric BrightSource CSP Engineering Co., Ltd in 2014 to provide EPC services for China CSP projects, and was awarded for the construction of two 135 MW CSP plants as part of the first phase of the Qinghai Delingha CSP Project; And recently SolarReserve announced they have signed a MOU to build 1GW CSP projects in China with Shenhua Group Corporation, Ltd., a key state-owned enterprise in China.

Both of the two giants have been invited to be prominent speakers during CSP Focus events. Reacting to the upcoming Innovation conference on June.29-30 in Madrid, they agree that innovation is the engine for future CSP development and are glad to share their ideas on innovation and project updates & experience.

Mr. Yosef Elia, Vice President from BrightSource Industrial Israel will share their fourth generation technology using in communication network, control system and layout of their tower plants, and Mr. Borja Valero Polo, Vice President for Construction from SolarReserve will talk about the experience and latest operation of Crescent Dunes Solar Energy project.
