(hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), conducted public bidding for the following goods required by molten salt cut-off valve for its source network charge storage integrated energy supply project of Tibet Zabye, inviting qualified bidders to make online electronic bids.

Molten salt stop valve a total of 62 sets:

（1）Valve specification: DN100~DN350

（2）Design temperature: 400℃

（3）Design pressure: 1.7MPa

•Other technical parameters are detailed in the bidding technical documents

•Main qualification requirements of Bidder:

1. If the bidder is a manufacturer or integrator, it should have valid ISO9000 series quality management system certificate or A3 or above supplier of Ouye Industrial Products Co., LTD.

2. If the bidder is an agent, the manufacturer of its agent products should have effective ISO9000 series quality management system certification;

3. The molten salt stop valve supplied by the bidder must be of the same brand (Foss, Samson or equivalent). The bidder or its agent of the equipment manufacturer must have the performance of the globe valve in the same working condition (medium is binary molten salt heat storage system) of domestic optical and thermal projects, and the total supply of the single contract globe valve is not less than 10 sets;

4. The molten salt stop valve provided by the bidder or its agent equipment manufacturer shall be successfully operated for more than 1 year in domestic solar thermal power projects (up to the bid opening date).
